The program
day 1 Arrive and transfer to your Hotel in Dahab.
day 2 At 7 am you will be picked up from your hotel, to drive to St Catherine and visit the monastery. At 11 am we will drive to Sheikh el fringy, where we will have lunch and meet our guides and camels to start your desert safari. The camels will carry the luggage and you can choose to hike or ride a camel (please state your choice in advance). We will hike or ride camels for three hours to Wadi Saal, where we will have dinner and spend the night.
Day 3 After breakfast we will hike or ride the camels for about three hours through Wadi Saal. Here we will have lunch and relax. Around 2 pm we will continue for another two hours to Safra Sand Dune, have dinner and spend the night in Wadi Safra.
Day 4 After breakfast we will hike or ride the camels for about three hours to Gebl Makhroom (The mountain with the hole) to have lunch and rest. Afterwards we continue to Hedoda Sand Dune, to enjoy the spectacular views. From there we continue to Wadi el Jebi for one and a half hour to have dinner and spend the night.
Day 5 After breakfast we ride the camel or hike, crossing the road, passing through Naqb Um Asma, a camel path through the mountains. We continue to Bir el Melga, where we have lunch and rest. In the afternoon we continue for about two hours to Bir Ogda, a well made by the Bedouin that contains natural mineral water. Here we will have dinner and spend the night.
Day 6 After breakfast we ride the camel or hike for about three hours to Ras Abu Galum, a Bedouin settlement by the sea. Here we will have lunch and go snorkelling. We will have dinner and spend the night in Ras Abu Galum.
Day 7 After breakfast we will hike or ride the camel for about one hour to the Blue Hole, where you can go snorkelling. After lunch we will ride the jeep back to you Hotel in Dahab.
Day 8 Today you will be transferd to the airoprt.
